3. Payment

Fees are due as outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Easy Leads LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

7. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Easy Leads LLC, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us, including appointment confirmations, reminders, account or service updates, and promotional messages about our home remodeling lead generation services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
